会社などに雇われている状態で、あれもこれもと仕事が増えていった場合、給料がそのままだと、やる気がなくなりますよね。安い給料のスーパーでは、それなりの教育しかやってないように思います。三流のスーパーでは、商品棚と商品棚の間にある通路いっぱいに陣取って、スタッフが話をしている時がよくあります。卵のパッケージの中にある賞味期限が書かれた紙で卵のヒビを隠していたりします。給料も安いんだろうな。レジ袋も一回のレジ生産で何枚になっても五円だったのですが、悪い方向に変更になりました。ある日、卵だけ違う袋に入れて欲しい、というと、レジの女性が、まだ余裕があるのに、プラス一枚のレジがほしい場合は、もう五円いただきます、と言っていました。レジのところに貼ってある説明には、1回の清算なら、何枚でも五円である、と明示されています。卵は私のエコバッグに入れました。店の外に出てから、事務所に電話してレジ袋について聞いてみると、一回の清算で今まで通り五円です、レジ係には注意しておく、という回答だった。しかし、数ヶ月経つと、レジ袋一枚で済むのに、お客さんの要望でもう一枚必要な時はもう五円もらいます、という説明書がレジに貼ってありました。あの時のレジの女性は店のやり方を変更するような物凄い権力があるのでしょうね。普通のレジ係ではない、と思いました。私としては、そのやり方はとても感じの悪いものでした。そのレジ袋はいつも底に穴が空いていて、非常に弱く、とても五円に匹敵するものではありません。大手のスーパーマーケットの袋でさえ、一枚四円です。今度から市販のレジ袋を買って、このスーパーのレジ袋は利用しないようにしています。

The salary is proportional to how hard you are working.
When your workload increases in the office, you will have no motivation to do your work, will you? In a supermarket that pays a small salary, the top leader only provides a certain amount of education. The staves of the third-class supermarket often fill the aisle between the product shells talking with each other. The paper with an expiration date covers a rack of eggs wrapped in a plastic case. The supermarket staff have low salaries. As far as a plastic bag is concerned, it was just five yen even if you need more than two plastic bags just a while ago. Although this is a good idea, it works negatively. One day, I asked a staff to put two packages of eggs into a different plastic bag, and a cash register told me to pay more than five yen because just one plastic bag was enough. The board displayed at the register says you can use any plastic bag for one payoff. At this time, I put eggs in my bag. After I left the supermarket and called the office, he said, “You can use plastic bags until all products are in the plastic bags. I will talk the stuff so as not to misdescribe it.” However, after a few months, the sign at each register says that if you require one more bag, you need another five yen because the number of bags the staff decided is enough. I would like to know if the woman registered then has the vital right to change the supermarket way. She is not the standard register. I am so pissed! The bag differs from five yen because it always has a hole at the bottom. Even significant supermarkets sell plastic bags for 4 yen. I will never use this supermarket bag. It is better to buy commercially available plastic bags.
