幸せに生きるために決心した方がいいこと

どこに行っても嫌な人っていますよね。会社からもらうお給料だって、人間関係に耐えてもらっているようなものです。怨憎会苦という言葉が示す通り、この世界の苦しみの一つに、嫌な人と会わなければならない、というのがあります。だから、会社や学校などに嫌な人がいるという状況は普通だと思っていたらいいです。それも修行のうち、だなんて思わなくてもいいですよ。もっと居心地がいい会社で働きたい、と思う気持ちは分かりますけど、そんなところは滅多にないですからね。じゃ、どうすればいいのかというと、嫌な人との関わりを最小限にする、あるいは、ゼロにすることが大切。これは幸せに生きるための鉄則です。舞台が会社であれば、みんなとうまくやれない人は出世しないかもしれません。出世なんてしなくてもいいじゃないですか。与えられた仕事をキッチリぴっちりやっていればいいんですよ。嫌いな相手が病的な人であれば、あの人とは一緒に仕事をしたくない、と上司に言ったらいい。他の人も同じような事を言っているなら、上司も理解してくれるでしょう。看護師の場合、個人病院では夜勤を2人でやります。相手が大嫌いな人だったら、二交代の場合、同じ人物と17時間も一緒に缶詰状態になるわけです。特定の人と一緒に夜勤をやらないで済むように頼んでいるナースは多いようです。

What You had better decide to be happy
No matter where you work, there is always someone you don’t like. The salary you get from the company is proof that you stand the bad human relationship. As shown by the word resentment, one of the sufferings is the pain of meeting people one dislikes in this world. So, it is OK to think that the situation where there are people you don’t like is normal. You don’t have to believe that the case is one of mental training. I understand that you want to work in the company more comfortably. There will be few companies like it. You know? What should you do then? It is essential to minimize involvement with a person you don’t like or to have zero relationships with the crazy guy. A way of thinking like this is the iron role of living happily. You might not be promoted in the company because you need to get along better with everyone. You don’t have to get ahead in life, do you? All you have to do is do the assigned task well. If the person you hate is pathological, telling the boss that you don’t want to work with the person is good. The boss would understand your feelings if others said the same thing. In a private hospital, a nurse works the night shift with another nurse. If you must work with a nurse you hate, you will be locked in the hospital with the nurse you hate for 17 hours. Many nurses ask the head nurse to only work with a nurse they like.
