誰でも会社に対する不満がありますよね。
でも、意義あり、と社長に言える人はほとんどいません。
なぜでしょうか？
雇われている人は将棋の駒みたいなもので、
自分の意思で動けないからです。
会社によってはいろんな部署があって、誰もが嫌がる部署がありますよね。そこに配置転換になったらどうしますか？ そうです。社長命令ですから仕方ないのです。社長命令に刃向かったら退職するしかありませんからね。その部署はみんなで交代制にすることができる、と誰もが思っているとします。でも、誰もそんなことを口に出して言える勇気はありません。その地獄のような部署に所属する社員は誰も辞めずに頑張ります。そこは物凄いエネルギーを必要とする過激な職場で、心身共に病気になりそうでも、みんな馬車馬のように働くのです。家に帰れば妻や子供達がいますから、それに、今のこのご時世で転職なんてとんでもありませんからね。人生とはなんと残酷なんでしょう。誰もがそう思って日々を過ごしているのです。特に商売をする才能もなく、生きるために地獄のようなところで命を燃やしているのが私達人間なんです。人に使われるというのはそういうことだと思っておくといいでしょう。みんな同じです。あなたはひとりじゃない。

That’s what it means to be hired by someone.
Everybody is complaining about a company, isn’t he?
However, few people couldn’t say objection.
What do you think is the reason for it?
Because a hired person is like a shogi piece
and it couldn’t move by itself own will.
According to a company, there are various kinds of departments, and some departments are where everybody doesn’t want to go there. What would you do if you were transferred there? Yes! There is nothing for it but to work there. If you disobey your boss, you have no choice but to quit the company. Supposing everyone knows the best way is taking turns doing the hard job. But nobody dares to say it. All workers in the crazy department don’t quit the company and work hard. Even though that extreme department requires lots of energy and workers feel like getting sick both physically and mentally, they are working like a horse. He has a wife and children at home, and they understand it is nonsense to change jobs at such a time. What a cruel life is! Everybody is spending life thinking like this. Most humans are burning life at the world like hell to keep our lives without the talent to have their own business. It is good to understand that’s what it means to be hired by someone. We are both in the same boat. You are not alone.
