人の痛みが分からない人のいいところ

　人の痛みが分からない人は、ズバズバものを言います。普通の人であれば言えないこと、あるいは、言うのがタブー視されていることでも、平気でしゃべります。みんなが言いたくても言えないことを代わりに言ってくれるわけですから聞いていてスカッとします。会社であれば、社長の命令が全てであり、逆らう人はいません。これはどこの国でも共通らしい。会社の中に、相手が社長であっても、部長であっても、おかしいところはおかしいと指摘する人がいると、組織全体が変わるケースもあります。人の痛みが分からない人は、ほぼ周囲の人から嫌われますが、知らないうちに組織を救っていることもあるから不思議です。

The good point of a person who doesn’t understand the suffering of others

  A person who doesn’t understand the pain of others has a sharp tongue. He speaks calmly, even when an average person can’t talk or something taboo. So ordinary people feel refreshed to hear it because a person who cannot understand the pain of others can tell the things that normal people couldn’t say instead of the regular people. In a company, the order from the company president is complete, and there is no employee to withstand the president. It seems to be expected in every country. When a person points out what is wrong in the company, in some cases, he changes the whole organization. Most people who can’t understand the suffering of others are hated by others, but it is strange to see that such kinds of people save the organization without realizing it.
