目の前にあるものは本当は存在しないのではないですか？__ノンデュアリティー

信号機があって、自動車が走っていて、私が運転している車の中からビルのネオンがゆっくりと流れていく。目にするものすべてが、いつもと違って見えることってありますか？　これは先日突然私の身に起こった現象です。周囲のものがどんな風に違って見えたのか、言葉で表現するのは非常に難しいのですが、あえて文章にすると、すべてが映画に写っている映像のように本当は実在しないもののように見えました。もっというと、すべての物に薄いフィルターがかかっているような感じで、人間の視覚で見ているとは思えない感覚がありました。私たちは五感を使って、見たり、聞いたりしているのではないのかもしれません。すべてが「無」であるとしたら、自分も存在しないわけですから、苦しみも悲しみもなく、本当に実在するのは「自由」かもしれません。

Don’t you think there is nothing in front of you?___Non Duality

There are traffic lights, running cars, and building neon flowing slowly from the window of my car. Have you ever experienced that everything looked different than usual? It is a phenomenon that happened to me the other day. It is tricky to tell you how different it looked. If I wrote it in a sentence, I felt everything was like an image in the movie. To say more, I had a feeling that not my eyes but something watching everything covered with a thin filter. We might not see and hear with our five senses. If everything is nothing, it follows that we didn’t exist, so there is no suffering or sorrow. It is only “freedom” that exists in this world.
