工藤会という組織犯罪グループのトップ野村被告に
死刑判決が言い渡された。
ナンバー２の田上被告にも無期懲役の判決が出た。
この組織は利権の獲得を目的として
繰り返し一般市民を殺害してきた経緯があり、
死刑はやむを得ない判決だったらしい。
日本のヤクザは○○会などの看板や表札を出して暮らしている。裁判では事件に関与した証拠や証人が必要だとされているけど、堂々と「○○会」などの看板や表札を世間に見えるように出しているのに、いつまで経ってもヤクザがいなくならないのは変ですよね。私は裁判や法律に詳しくないので理路整然としたことは言えませんが、その邸宅に出入りしている人は、みんな事件に関与している、ということにはならないのですかね？ 日本のヤクザは、わざわざ表札まで出して「私達はここにいます」と教えてくれているのに、どうして警察はそこをつぶしに行かないのでしょうか？ 不思議です。外国のマフィヤは、看板や表札を出さずにひっそりと暮らしているらしい。警察がそういう邸宅を放置している限り、ヤクザは存在し続けるような気がします。

The reason why the Yakuzas will never be gone.
The defendant Nomura, the boss of the Kudokai that is a criminal organization, got the death sentence. The second-highest official, Tagami, received imprisonment for life. This organization has repeated killing ordinary people to obtain a permit for the organization. I hear that there is no judgment besides the death penalty for the defendant Nomura.
The Japanese Yakuzas are living with the signboard or the nameplate at the front door. The Yakuzas need the evidence or the witness at trial, but don’t you think it is strange that they will never be gone even though they have the signboard or the nameplate written ○○association majestically so that people can see it easily. I couldn’t say any coherent explanation as I am not familiar with trial and law. Don’t you think all Yakuzas are involved in an incident because they are related to the same organization? Even though the Japanese Yakuzas take the trouble to show us the signboard, they said, “we are here.” why doesn’t the Japanese police go there to arrest all of them? It is extraordinary. I hear that the mafias living in foreign countries live in the shadows without the signboard or the nameplate. As long as the Japanese police ignore the Yakuzas’ building, they will exist forever.
