「真っ暗闇の宇宙にたった一人ぼっちで一分だけ漂っていなさい。一分後に地球にもどしてあげます。これに耐えることができたら10億円あげます。」 You can read in English if you like. Please scroll down.
二月の京都駅付近
＜設定＞
・宇宙での一分は地球上での10年に感じる。
・地球に帰った時、肉体はまったく老化していない。
・宇宙では目を開けているのか閉じているのか分からないくらい光がない。
・宇宙では自分以外に誰も存在しない。
・地球に戻ったら、暗やみで10年耐えたという記憶は残るが、心身ともに健全なままでいられる。
・宇宙空間でリタイヤしたい、と思ったらすぐに申し出ることができる。その代り、10億円は手に入らないし、暗やみが怖い、という後遺症が残ってしまう。
・エントリーしている人は一人いるが、宇宙空間でその人と一緒に過ごすことはできない。
・過去に、この実験に耐えられた人がいるかどうかは聞くことはできない。
＜答＞
- いくらお金を積まれても絶対にやらない。
- 後遺症が怖いのでやらない。
- 地球に帰ってきたら心身ともに健康でいられるので、やる。
- エントリーしている人がいるのだから自分もできると思って申し込む。
- 誰が何と言おうとやる。
こんなヘンテコな設定を考えました。私の答えは、一番で、絶対にやりません。こんな設定が本当に存在するとしたら、エントリーする人がいると思いますか？

I will give you an exciting story.
“Why don’t you float in space alone? I will take you back to the earth in one minute. If you endure this pain, I will give you one billion dollars.”
<Config>
・One minute in space feels like a decade in the earth. You have to be so patient.
・When you come back to the earth, your body has not aged at all.
・Space is pitch-dark; you cannot see anything as if you were closing your eyes.
・In space, there is nobody besides you.
・When you come back to the earth, you have a memory of your experience. But you are sound in both mind and body.
・If you want to stop your challenge, you can give up soon. Instead of that, you cannot get one billion dollars, and you will have an aftereffect of nyctophobia.
・One person already entered this challenge. But you will not be able to be with him in space.
・You cannot ask if he or she has ever succeeded in getting one billion dollars or not.
