Supplements for mental health・心のサプリメント

Hi. Friends. We have been worried about lots of things, which are job shortage, possibility that pension may collapse, disease, etc. There are too much worries. In order to let us feel better, let’s appreciate the New Testament.

こんにちは! 現代は心配の尽きない時代になりました。就職難、年金破綻、病気など、不安材料が渦巻いています。少し楽になるために、聖書をのぞいてみましょう。

So do not worry, saying, “What shall we eat?” or “What shall we drink?” or “What shall we wear?” For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. (The New Testament. Matthew chapter 6. Section 31~34).

Life is fragile.

We couldn’t know what kind of day it will be tomorrow. Maybe, we might be dead tomorrow. So don’t worry about your future, and it is wise to live to focus on what you can do now. No matter how you worry about it, the impossible is the impossible.

When you get conscious about “NOW”, a problem is solved.

My power spot is the neighborhood shrine. I make it a rule to feel “NOW” throughout my body there. It is difficult to verbalize it, but I feel every solution exists in “NOW”. Birdsong, the sound of cars in the distance, a touch of breeze, etc. I focus on everything that happens to my body “NOW”. Even if I have no time to go to the shrine, when I’m cooking, I focus on the sound of cutting vegetables, feeling water running on my hands. And I throw all thoughts out of my brain. Then, sometimes my problems are solved for some reason.

Water in a cup is never gone.

When you are very thirsty and all of water will be gone with a sip, the God shall add water into your cup. Every time you get yourself into a fix, the God gives you a good things saying “I’ll give you this. Here you are”. I also have been given the next stage every time I shout “I cannot stand any more!”. Therefore I believe that if we focus on what we must do now, and do our best, we will find a way out.

Thank you very much for reading this blog through to the end. I’ll be grateful if this blog is useful for your life even just a little bit.
